The Valuing People Now: Delivery Plan for 2010-11 was published on 31 March together with a range of materials to support the implementation of Valuing People Now, the cross government strategy for people with learning disabilities.

The Delivery Plan 2010-11 marks the progress made in the first year. It also recognises that there is still more to do to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and their family carers. The delivery plan sets out the key priorities for 2010-11, in particular, to improve employment and housing opportunities and better health outcomes for people with learning disabilities and their family carers.
